These terms and conditions ensure a positive, respectful and safe environment for every child at Rainbow Kids Kindergarten.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Rainbow Kids Kindergarten.
Effective Date: 01 May 2024
1. Admission
Admission is subject to the availability of seats and the completion of the admission process. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
2. Fees & Payments
Fees must be paid on or before the due date. Late payment may attract a late fee. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for the overall development of your child. In case of absence, parents are requested to inform the school.
4. Parent Responsibilities
Parents must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of their child. Please keep the school informed of any changes in contact details or emergency information.
5. Health & Safety
The school follows strict health and safety protocols. Parents must inform the school about any medical condition, allergies or special needs of the child.
6. Uniform & Belongings
Children must wear the prescribed uniform. Parents are responsible for labeling and maintaining their child's belongings. The school is not responsible for lost items.
7. Conduct
We promote respect, kindness and positive behavior. Any form of bullying, harassment or damaging school property is strictly not allowed.
8. Photos & Videos
The school may take photos or videos of children for educational or promotional purposes. Parents will be notified and consent will be taken as required.
9. Termination
The school reserves the right to terminate the admission of a child whose conduct is found to be detrimental to the well-being of others or the school environment.
10. Changes to Terms
The school reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of any important changes.
